Questions, answered.
What happens to my notes if I cancel Pro?+
Nothing. Your local IndexedDB copy stays intact — only cloud sync pauses. Re-subscribe and everything resumes where it left off.
Do I have to sign in to use the extension?+
No. The free extension has zero network calls. Sign-in only matters if you want cloud sync, which is a Pro feature.
How is my data protected?+
Per-user Postgres rows with Row-Level Security. Auth via Supabase (Google sign-in). We store email, note content and subscription state — nothing else.
What about conflicts if I edit on two devices?+
Last-write-wins with a non-dismissing toast when another device saves while you are typing. No silent clobbering.
Can I get a copy of my notes?+
Email sunilkm2610@gmail.com from your account address and we'll send you an export of the notes we hold for you. You can also delete your account and all data in one click.
Is there a note size limit?+
Individual notes are capped at 500KB for sync reliability. You can still store larger notes locally.
